Research Interests:

As a vertebrate paleoecologist and budding taphonomist, I seek to unlock the secrets of past ecosystems by examining how fossils preserve within different environments. My current research involves examining modes of preservation along a distributive fluvial system (DFS) within the Late Triassic exposures at Petrified Forest National Park and comparing findings with the preservation being observed along the Pilcomayo River (a modern DFS) in Paraguay.
