Research and Academic Interests:

I am a NASA Curiosity rover and ChemCam Instrument Science Team member currently working as a Research Scientist at Los Alamos National Laboratory. My interests are in Mars geochemistry, astrobiology, and laser-based spectroscopy methods. I am specifically working on the in situ detection and quantification of boron on Mars, as well as its role in forming organic moleculecular precursors for life.
